Great little spot on 7 acre pasture with Suches Creek running behind the house. Near Appalachian Trail, quiet area, farms all around. Great hikes with beautiful scenic overlooks. Cooler than Atlanta! only 1.5 hours from Atlanta, the Outlet Mall on 400 is exactly 1/2 the way.

The main house has a full eat in kitchen, dining area for 10, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and game room in the basement. The house has 800 feet of creek frontage and 3 acres of lawn. There is a full deck on the back of the house that overlooks rolling hills and the creek. Perfect for family outings and can sleep 10. There is a covered area for bikes to keep out of the elements.

Rustic cabin can sleep 10. The 100 year old cabin is in great condition and has 3 bedrooms with 2 singles in each and 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds. There is one bathroom, eat in kitchen, and dining area and living room. Upstairs is all pine, staircase, walls, floors, ceilings. 7 acres of open pasture, trout filled creek running behind the cabin and has a locking storage area under cabin for locking up motorcycles, ATVs, etc. Beautiful setting, perfect for getaway.

RATES:
Main House - $1200 a week
Rustic Cabin - $500 a week
Sat 3pm - Sat 11am.
Some weekends in Aug and Sept still available.
