Aska Mountain Cabin I

Our very secluded log cabin is located on 3.5 acres of private property in the beautiful, picturesque Appalachian Mountains! Bring your camera and an appetite for fun, or just enjoy the quiet of the mountains.

The cabin is off Aska Road close to the historic downtown of Blue Ridge in Fannin County. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and accommodates 6 persons.

One bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the cabin.

Enjoy a romantic evening in front of the gas log fireplace. Watch your favorite show or bring a movie for the satellite TV/VCR. There is also a stereo system with CD player, so bring your CDs. Delight in the spectacular mountain views from either one of two outside decks at an elevation of over 2,500 feet. The road up to the cabin is ½ mile; it is partially paved and partial gravel.

* Cancellation ~ with three weeks or less notice, deposit refunded less 35% handling fee. Prior to three weeks, fully refunded.

Directions
From Atlanta, GA ~ (approx.. 90 miles, 1.5 hours): Take I-75 North toward Marietta, just beyond Marietta.
-Take I-575 North. I-575 ends just past Canton and becomes Hwy. 5/515 which is a 4 lane all the way into Blue Ridge.
-Pass through first traffic light in Blue Ridge (at McDonald's) and take the second right (at Conoco Station).
-At 3-way stop sign turn left.
-Take first right (Aska Rd.). Cabin is a short drive down Aska Road.

From Montgomery, AL ~ (approx.. 250 miles, 4.5 hours): Take I-85 North toward Atlanta.
-Take I-285 toward Marietta and I-75, then follow Atlanta directions.

From Birmingham, AL ~ (approx.. 250 miles, 4.5 hours): Take I-20 East toward Atlanta.
-Take I-285 toward Marietta and I-75, then follow Atlanta directions.

From Chattanooga, TN ~ (approx.. 90 miles, 1.5 hours): Take I-75 North to Hwy. 64 East.
-Take Hwy. 64 East into Ducktown, TN and turn onto Hwy. 68 South.
-Take Hwy. 68 South to Copperhill, TN and turn right on Hwy. 5 South.
-Take Hwy. 5 South through McCaysville to Hwy. 515 (McDonald's on your left) and take a left.
-Go to the first traffic light (at Conoco Station) and take a right.
-At 3-way stop sign turn left.
-Take first right (Aska Rd.). Cabin is a short drive down Aska Road.

From Florida line ~ (approx.. 360 miles, 6 hours): Take I-75 North through Atlanta, then follow Atlanta directions.
